Tonight I made cabbage rolls. With St. Patrick’s Day on Saturday, I wanted to get in the Irish spirit. Growing up, I always loved my mom’s cabbage rolls, but I wanted to try a different recipe. So, here is Paula Dean’s recipe as posted by Pennies on a Platter.
This is easily my favorite side dish by far. After pinning this recipe from the la bella vita delicious & beautiful living blog, it exploded with repins–almost 12,000! And rightly so. This is delicious! I am very thankful that Roz introduced me to this delicious salad.
Now that everyone is pinning recipes like crazy, I decided I would actually try to make the recipes I pin on Pinterest. Tonight’s recipe comes from Baker Bettie. I had such a fun time making it and Matt absolutely loved it!
