Guacamole is my favorite food. When my dinners consisted of dry cereals and I refused to learn to cook, I still experimented until I found the perfect guacamole recipe. And as a guacamole connoisseur, I can boldly say this is the best guacamole recipe around.
Ingredients
- Three avocados
- 1/2 cup of cilantro
- 3/4 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup onions, diced
- 1 jalapeno, diced
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- 1/2 Tablespoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Half avocados and remove pit. Add all ingredients into a small bowl and smash with potato masher.
- Cover and place in refrigerator for at least a half hour (if your house is like ours, this half hour rule is rarely followed). Enjoy!

I went to Lunds market to pick up some dinner to cook the other day. Right as I walked in I saw fresh avocados for $1 a piece. Instantly I thought of the guacamole recipe on CremonasKitchen, so I googled it on my iphone and picked up the ingredients and made it! To say the least, It was amazing and my whole house was blessed. Thanks Cremona Family!
