Hi Everyone! I am Nicole, Lindsay’s sister-in-law, and this is my first guest post for Cremona’s Kitchen. Easter has always been one of my favorite holidays. What’s better than chocolate, dying eggs and spending time with family? This Easter, however, I decided to bring something home to share with everyone. And I must say, this fun twist on traditional deviled eggs is quite adorable.
The Only Guacamole Recipe You’ll Ever Need
Guacamole is my favorite food. When my dinners consisted of dry cereals and I refused to learn to cook, I still experimented until I found the perfect guacamole recipe. And as a guacamole connoisseur, I can boldly say this is the best guacamole recipe around.
Stuffed Peppers and Green Beans with Goat Cheese
I took a big step today–not only did I cook a main dish, I made an entire meal. Not in true Lindsay form, but I’m taking this whole learning to cook thing to heart.
Tonight’s menu: Stuffed Peppers and Green Beans with Goat Cheese.
Fresh Mozzarella, Basil, and Tomato Salad
This is easily my favorite side dish by far. After pinning this recipe from the la bella vita delicious & beautiful living blog, it exploded with repins–almost 12,000! And rightly so. This is delicious! I am very thankful that Roz introduced me to this delicious salad.
Lightened Up Meatloaf with Bell Pepper Relish and Garlic and Herb Cauliflower Puree
Now that everyone is pinning recipes like crazy, I decided I would actually try to make the recipes I pin on Pinterest. Tonight’s recipe comes from Baker Bettie. I had such a fun time making it and Matt absolutely loved it!
